Porsche outperformed in may 2013 with 15000 sales all over world

Porsche, leading brand in sports car worldwide gave excellent performance in the month of May, 2013 as compared to same month of last year. Porsche not only performed well in the month of May only, Porsche performed very well all over the world from starting of 2013 to May,2013. Porsche handed over 67,261 cars to their customers including new models in Cayman, Boxtor, 911 and others from starting of 2013 with 19% increase as compared to corresponding time of year 2012. Over 15000 cars were sold in only the month of May,2013 with increase of 12.7% in sale when comparing to same month of last year.



Bernhard Maier, Member of the Executive Board Sales and Marketing of Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG said "In terms of customer deliveries to date, we have exceeded our expectations in the ongoing year. Given the continuing volatility of the market development, we nevertheless remain cautiously optimistic for the second half of the year."

From the above table we can clearly see that Porsche outperformed all over the world in May,2013. In United States of America 3927 customers enjoyed their drive in their new Porsche cars. When we compare it with same month of last year there is peak of 37.7% in the sale in USA.

The other areas of table again show that Porsche performed very well in other parts of world also but in Europe there is slight fall off in sales by 2.6%. But if we consider sales from Jan to May of 2013 then there is only rise in sales with peak in USA and America and lowest in Europe.

Porsche also revealed that new models in Cayman and Boxtor were more active worldwide. Both mid-sized engine sports cars sold over 2800 in numbers in the last month which is 3 times more as compared to May, 2012. Same for 911 model range, Over 3000 cars sold in May, 2013 worldwide with boost of 12% as compared to May, 2012.
