New car buying guide: Basic steps to follow

Today, vehicle is a necessity for every human being but choosing a right one is an important factor. Many of the people get confuse while buying a new car. They are getting confuse in choosing right model, setting up their budgets, available cars in their budget, insurance and many things, But here are some basic steps before buying a new car.

Set Your Budget

 

First of all, Set your maximum budget whether it is cash in your pocket or maximum loan you can take according to your income because more is the loan more is EMI. If you are planning to take loan then you will have to calculate the interest on EMIs and add up in the budget.

 

Choosing the type of car

If you have already chosen the brand new car for you in your mind then it is well and good but if not, then it can be a stressful because there are huge number of car brands and models in the market today. After experts you should gather some reviews from the consumers that already have cars that are in your list. They  will tell you how the car performing actually in daily use. From user reviews you can get again pros and cons of the cars.

 

(iv) Test Drive

Before selecting one you should test drive the car. Test drive is available at every car showroom. Just go to the Showrooms of brands that you have selected and ask dealer for test drive for your selected cars. Select the car which make you feel more comfortable and have features that you are looking for. Following above you may come to one car that will be your new car. After that final deal.

Ask the dealer about warranties that come with new car and also about extended warranties. So that it will ease for you about maintainence of your new car and maintainence will be less in cost for you.  Another important thing to ask is about insurance of the car. Carefully study the insurance policies. Compare two or more insurance companies so that you get right for you.

Before completing the paperwork ask for offers, rebates, hidden costs, interests if buying on loan.
